Assisted Living
Assisted living is a senior housing option that offers a balance between independence and support. It’s designed for individuals who value their independence but may require assistance with certain activities of daily living (ADLs) or appreciate having access to support staff and services when needed.
Memory Care
We’ll help remove the stress you feel when wondering if your loved ones are safe when living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments. Our memory care communities provide the safe, comfortable, and engaging spaces needed to truly enjoy life’s many moments of joy. Memory Care units are typically smaller than Assisted Living units to encourage increased participation in the social happenings around the community. Studies show that increased activity has a correlation to reduction of medication for behavior management.

Apartment Choices: Residents can select from a number of living options. We also offer pet-friendly apartments in select plans.
Coordinated health care: We work alongside your healthcare team to provide timely and coordinated care between multiple physicians as needed.
On-site health care: On-site physical, speech, and occupational therapy visits, as well as regularly scheduled visits from local physicians, ensure your health is never neglected.
Diabetic Care: Our community has additional training and oversight to provide diabetic care for our insulin-dependent residents.
Secure Memory Care: Residents with advanced dementia or who no longer feel safe without consistent supervision have a place to call home within the community. This area is overseen by specialized staffing with experience in dementia and Alzheimer’s related diseases.
Emergency Response: Our apartments include a state-of-the-art medical alert and emergency response system.
Life Enrichment: Our community prioritizes whole-person wellness. Our Events and Activities Directors keep our communities vibrant with activities and events that speak to our residents’ unique interests.

“We helped our 90 year old neighbor to find an assisted living facility and Colonial Court was the first one we looked at and kept coming back to it. It’s smaller than some of the others and has a very friendly atmosphere. It’s clean and has wonderful grounds to walk in or sit on the patios. The staff is terrific!! They take personal interest in each client and our friend loves her helper. We told her nephew about it and he drove up to Spokane to check it out and liked it too.
